Good news! there's finally a feature and plug-in available for install. For now it will only be available by using the Eclipse Update ability. So, select Find new Features to Install and enter the URL: http://eclpce.sourceforge.net/updates. Note, unfortunately this is my first go with this and it seems like icons are missing (not sure why, but hope to find out soon).
